Eligibility
The 2023 Mastercard MLB Postseason Sweepstakes (“Sweeps”) is open only to individuals who are Mastercard cardholders whose account was opened by a Mastercard FI (defined below) before 3/30/23, and who are physically located and permanent legal U.S. residents (including D.C.) and the legal age of majority in their state or jurisdiction of residence (which is eighteen (18) years of age in most states, but is nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska, and twenty-one (21) in Mississippi) before time/date of entry. Void in U.S. Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers and directors of Mastercard International Incorporated (“Mastercard” or “Sponsor”); Mastercard customer financial institutions, credit unions, alliances, and processors (collectively, “Mastercard FI”); teamDigital Promotions, Inc. (“Administrator”), the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), and each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity, which now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, employees, directors, officers and agents of the foregoing entities (hereinafter, “MLB Entities”), and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, distributors, subsidiaries, prize providers, advertising/promotion agencies and their immediate family (i.e., spouses, parents, children, grandchildren, siblings and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household of any of the foregoing (i.e., people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether legally related or not) are not eligible to enter or win a prize in this Sweeps. Sponsor, Mastercard FI, Administrator, MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliates, distributors, subsidiaries, prize providers and advertising/promotion agencies are each a “Released Party” and shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as the “Released Parties”.
